At Nudea Skin, all of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches with love and intention. We value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our creations.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos as evidence.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a refund, store credit, or replacement — whichever feels most suitable.
Due to the nature of our products being personal care and hygienic items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
Return Conditions
Items eligible for return must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original condition and packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
We’re unable to accept returns on opened or used items, lip balms, trial sizes, or any product purchased during sales or promotions (unless faulty).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend choosing a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost or delayed during transit.
